Voting Membership
The voting membership in the Association shall be State Associations consisting of Water and Waste Water Districts, Non-Profit Corporations, Public Trusts, Cooperative Associations, Municipalities 10,000 and under population, and Local Government Authorities, and other similar organizations engaged in the distribution and/or development and treatment or water or collection and treatment of waste water for the benefit of rural residents.
COST :
250 connections $210 per year
251-500 connections $225 p/y
501-1000 connections $275 p/y
1001-2000 connections $325 p/y
2001+ connections $375 p/y

Associate Membership
The associate membership in the Association shall consist of Municipal Water and/or Wastewater Systems with Populations of 10,000 and greater. The Associate Membership shall be non-voting and ineligible to hold a position on the Board of Directors or as an Officer of the Association.
COST $375 per year

Sustaining Membership
Any other person, partnership or corporation who desires to support the activities of the Arkansas Rural Water Association shall be eligible for a sustaining membership. The holder of a Sustaining Membership shall not be entitled to vote or hold office in the Association.
COST $150 per year

Professional Membership
The professional membership in the Association shall consist of any partnership, corporation or Association that provides goods and services, materials, financial assistance and other necessary requirements to water\wastewater systems, such as Attorneys, Engineers, Financial Institutions and State and Federal Agencies. The Professional membership shall be non-voting and ineligible to hold a position on the Board of Directors or as an Officer of the Association.
COST $150 per year

Individual Membership
The Individual Membership in the Association shall consist of any person (whose employer is a Professional Member) that provides goods, services, materials, etc., and any individual water\wastewater operator, manager, board member or council member of any member water\wastewater system. The Individual Membership shall be non-voting and ineligible to hold a position on the Board of Directors or as an Officer of the Association.
COST $25 per year
